Hi, i'm Silvia and i want to share my recipes that have helped me along my health journey with you. Seven years ago at the age of 36 I was diagnosed with rosacea (adult acne) and I was either faced with lifelong medication or change my diet. I chose to change my diet to one that included low inflammatory foods and would cause the least amount of inflammatory response in my body. After 2 to 3 years, the results speak for themselves (and i still have my wine and coffee in moderation!).
I want to inspire other people to look after themselves with nutritious but delicious food, to cook simple yet wholesome food which will enrich your mental and physical wellbeing. This is my own personal journey and not related to my being a health practitioner. I want to make it very clear that I am not partial towards any particular diet, I just want to share with you recipes that have helped me to becoming a better being.
My other passion is animal welfare and looking after my two beloved rescue ponies.
